Saint Louis County Parks and Recreation put this one on in the arena at the Kennedy Recreation Complex, just up Telegraph from Arnold. Over 80 vendors with handmade work: jewellery, ceramics, home decor, crochet, clothing and quilts. The whole thing is indoors and air conditioned, which in late August is the entire argument for it. Free to walk in. Vendor spaces are $25 for a 10x10 and are booked over the phone with County Parks, and vendors bring their own tables and chairs.
