Saturday morning market in Waterloo, running since 1988. The whole thing is run by its vendors: the ten-person board is made up entirely of market vendors, and the rest pitch in each week, down to cleaning up after the market closes. It sets up in the Annex parking lot, so you cannot drive through; park in the Annex lot facing Route 3, along the side drive on Illinois Ave, or in the back lot. Restrooms are inside the Annex during market hours. Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome, though the market is on blacktop that gets hot in summer.
