The spring outing of the flea market and craft fair the Waterloo band parents run twice a year at the Monroe County Fairgrounds, raising money for the high school marching band. Same shape as the fall one: antiques, crafts, collector items, tools, toys, clothes and vintage vinyl over two days, with an early bird hour on the Saturday at $5 a car.
