A Thursday evening out in downtown Waterloo, put on by Explore Waterloo. Come dressed as a witch and work your way around the participating shops, restaurants and bars, which run themed giveaways, photo ops, psychic readings and specials. Every stop has an entry for the attendance prizes, so the more places you visit, the better your chances; winners are drawn on the Explore Waterloo Facebook page. The costume contest is at 8:30 at Vintage Wine Bar, with prizes for Best Overall Witch, Witchiest Hat, Scariest Witch, Best Witch Face and People's Choice.
